About the Company
Brose is one of the five largest family-owned suppliers in the global automotive industry, with over 900 employees in Serbia, constantly striving for innovation — not only in products, but also in business operations and employee satisfaction.
Before implementing the Benefiti.rs platform, the company faced challenges in efficiently managing the wide range of benefits it offers to employees, meeting diverse employee needs, and handling the bonus scheme for ideas employees bring to the company.

Challenges

One of the key challenges was adapting benefits to the diverse needs of employees, rewarding employees in line with their contribution to the company, and the administrative burden that accompanied this process (procurement of benefits, contracts, large number of invoices to pay).
The company was looking for a solution that would simplify this process, make it more flexible, and give employees easy access to a wide range of different benefits, personalised rewards, and benefit information.
Solution
Based on the principle of allocating a budget that employees can spend on over 300 products and services available on the platform, Brose enabled employees to easily choose and change benefits according to their current needs.
Employees can suggest new benefits, which the Benefiti platform's partnerships department takes on to add to the offering. This reduced the entire process of procuring, handling logistics and administering new suppliers.
Brose also reduced the financial burden by paying a single supplier for all benefits.
The platform automated administrative tasks for tracking benefit selections, reduced paperwork, and gave employees greater flexibility in choosing benefits that best suit them.
